Return Policy

 

Our company is committed to providing high quality products to our customers. If for any reason you (as a customer) are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer the option of return or replacement, subject to the following conditions.

 

Product return can be made in the following cases::

1. Change of opinion / Cancellation of order

A. When as a customer, you wish to cancel an order before it is loaded at your (the customer's) transport company, there is no charge. In case you (as a customer) have already deposited the amount, it will be refunded directly to your account that you will indicate to us and the details of the person who placed the order must be indicated.

B. When you wish to cancel your order while it has already been delivered to the carrier or courier, you will be charged the shipping costs.

C. If you wish to return the order because you have changed your mind, you must first contact the relevant department of the company by e-mail at sales@solin.gr within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt.

In order for the return to be accepted, the product must be unused, undamaged, in its original condition and packaging and accompanied by all relevant documents. The shipping costs are borne by You, (the customer).

2. Incorrect shipment:

If you received a different product from the one you ordered, you should contact the relevant department by phone at 210-2531990 or by e-mail at sales@solin.gr so that you can arrange for its return and replacement. The return costs will be charged to the company, as long as the proposed mode of transport is followed.

3. Faulty product:

If you received a faulty product, you should contact the responsible technical department by telephone at 210-2531990 or by e-mail at tech@solin.gr so that you can arrange for its return and replacement. The return costs will be charged to the company, as long as the proposed mode of transport is followed.

Attention:

No returns will be accepted in the following cases::

a. Products that have been used or have damaged factory packaging.

b. Products that have been damaged through the fault of the customer.

c. Products ordered and produced according to the individual needs and/or special specifications of the customer.
